How might we help teachers explore ways to positively impact not just their students, but also their colleagues?","Description":"The University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education Project-Based Learning certificate program aims to develop our teachers\u2019 instructional practice as well as their instructional leadership. While many teachers hope to have an impact beyond their classroom, many of us can struggle to determine exactly what we can do to support our colleagues, and learn from them in return.
