Leading from the Classroom – Teachers Supporting Teachers
The University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education Project-Based Learning certificate program aims to develop our teachers’ instructional practice as well as their instructional leadership. While many teachers hope to have an impact beyond their classroom, many of us can struggle to determine exactly what we can do to support our colleagues, and learn from them in return. Come explore and develop the types of professional learning experiences that can help teachers uncover, or reimagine, their leadership role within their school or community.
Conversational Practice
We will have participants engage in a few prototypes of professional learning activities, and then engage participants in an active revision/redesign of the activities, based on their feedback and reflection.
